Rob Charlton is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Certified Principal Business Psychologist with over 30 years’ experience supporting organisations to build inclusive, high-performing workplaces. He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
As Founder and Managing Director of Occupational Psychology Solutions Ltd, Rob brings deep expertise in designing evidence-based assessment and development solutions. He has deep experience in the desing of assessments, psychometric, skills frameworks, developmental interventions and performance management models. He has worked for clients across a wide range of sectors including finance, retail, technology, public services, and pharmaceuticals.
Rob has worked extensively with senior leaders and teams, helping them to improve collaboration, build trusst, and navigate organisational change. His consulting style is pragmatic and values-led, with a focus on translating insight into action. Alongside his consultancy experience has also held senior roles as Head of Assessment and Head of Product Development.
With a deep understanding of applied psychology and behavioural science, Rob has led initiatives that shape the way organisations select, develop and manage their talent. His work is grounded in fairness, objectivity, and a passion for inclusion, alongside ensuring that his approach aligns with each organisation’s values and needs.
