Rob is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Founder of Occupational Psychology Solutions. An experienced consultant and accomplished facilitator, Rob has provided assessment and development consultancy for over 25 years to improve the performance of individuals, teams and organisations.

Rob has support a wide variety of clients to increase the fairness and effectiveness of their assessment processes. His work ranges for the design of end-to-end assessment solutions for Early Career roles through to Senior Manager and Executive Assessment.

An expert in Personality Psychology, Rob is qualified in many of the most widely used personality questionnaires in the world including the Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS and MVPI), OPQ, 16PF, NEO PI-R, Wave, FIRO Element B and EQi 2.0. In addition, he has supported countless team and individuals to apply the developmental insights of the MBTI to help fulfil their potential.

Rob is passionate about applying the principles of positive psychology to make organisations a better place to be. He has supported a huge range of clients to enhance the happiness and wellbeing of their employees.

Rob is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council and a Certified Principal Business Psychologist with the Association for Business Psychology.
